I’m Neil, and I run the founder reset retreats.

I founded, scaled and exited my agency over 25 years, and looking back, there were three things that I really struggled with.

1) Stepping back from day-to-day delivery into a strategic role.

2) Longer-term strategic planning

3) Looking after my own wellbeing

The first two are often talked about, and the retreat provides that much-needed time to reset and plan for growth.

The last one, no one ever talked about - my peers, my colleagues, my advisors or consultants. Without the founder performing, the chances of achieving your business ambitions are slim to nothing.

Across three days we’ll combine structured strategy sessions with time to think, walk, relax and have honest conversations with peers who understand the reality of running an agency.

Once we have clarity for the founder, we turn our attention to the business.
